Seth Rollins could have an interesting WrestleMania season after becoming the first WWE Superstar in over two years to win a Premium Live Event match against Roman Reigns. The win was by disqualification, but it still counts.
There are several directions WWE can take with Rollins on RAW as we head towards WrestleMania 38. He's sure to play a major role at the event, with a few potential opponents in store for him.
The Drip God might be in the form of his career, following some excellent performances in the ring and on the microphone. Hopefully, he can maintain that hot streak as The Show of Shows approaches. But there are still two months to go.
Here, we'll look at five potential directions for Seth Rollins after his match against Roman Reigns this past weekend. They range from the immediate future to potential WrestleMania feuds. What do you want to see him do next? Let us know in the comments section below.
#5. A rematch with Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber

The issue between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns hasn't been resolved following the non-finish at the Royal Rumble. The Architect's show-stealing throwback to The Shield was too much for the Universal Champion to handle as he completely snapped.
Reigns decimated Rollins with a steel chair in a role reversal from the latter's betrayal of his brothers in 2014. As a result, we might get another match between the eternal rivals. Elimination Chamber seems like the perfect spot for it before The Tribal Chief moves on to face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania.

Perhaps the two can have a No Disqualification Match in Saudi Arabia. It would be epic, even more so than their match at the Rumble. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins always create magic in the ring. A potential Universal title rematch wouldn't be any different.
However, if WWE moves away from this story, The Visionary has plenty of other things he can do on RAW before and at The Show of Shows.
#4. Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles
It's all about RESPECT at the end of the day for #UniversalChampion @WWERollins and @AJStylesOrg. #MITB pic.twitter.com/K0e8Wac4Ke

Seth Rollins and AJ Styles may have wrestled in WWE before, but there hasn't been much of a story between the two former world champions. Their match at Money in the Bank 2019 was great, but it can be topped if Styles and Rollins meet at WrestleMania 38.
For starters, they are on different sides of the heel-face spectrum, which can help in creating drama. The Phenomenal One has been doing well lately, having enjoyed a great showing in the Royal Rumble Match.
He needs a big match at The Show of Shows, just like Rollins does. While an interesting option, WWE has already planted seeds for The Drip God's next angle on the red brand.
#3. A Tag Team title run with Kevin Owens

I can hear Kevin saying HUG ME SETH lol
But anyway KO & Seth for Tag-Team Champions 2022 please pic.twitter.com/xWsjRQ4cyx
Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens have been brilliant as a duo ever since they joined forces at the end of 2021. They have formed a dynamic similar to KO's partnership with Chris Jericho.
WWE has a few options over how to book Rollins & Owens as we head towards WrestleMania. One would be for them to enter the RAW tag team division. The two former Universal Champions can win the tag team titles at the event, potentially from RK-Bro.
If Riddle & Randy Orton can defeat Alpha Academy for the titles, Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens would be perfect opponents for them at WrestleMania. No potential tag team title match is bigger in WWE right now.
#2. Seth Rollins goes after the WWE Championship
Bobby Lashley winning means we could be getting Rollins/Lashley at Wrestlemania #RoyalRumble pic.twitter.com/6ljGnQoU6t

The previous two ideas were focused on WrestleMania, but what if Seth Rollins becomes the focal point of the WWE Championship picture come April?
If not against Roman Reigns, The Architect can receive a title shot against Bobby Lashley soon. While a 'Mania match sounds interesting, it's more likely to happen at Elimination Chamber alongside four other stars inside the dreaded structure.
Anyway, Rollins might end up winning the WWE title in Saudi Arabia. He didn't lose at the Royal Rumble, which is a possible indicator of a fifth-world title win. Who will he face at WrestleMania then?
#1. Seth Rollins vs. Kevin Owens for the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 38
EXCLUSIVE: @FightOwensFight is looking FORWARD to the Royal RUMBLE and hopes to face Seth "Freakin" ROLLINS for the WWE Championship at WrestleMANIA!@WWERollins#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/eUmkI03asC

If Seth Rollins leaves Saudi Arabia with the WWE Championship, Kevin Owens is his most likely opponent for WrestleMania 38. The duo is destined to combust, be it soon or after a few months.
And while a tag team title run sounds fun, a world title match between KO and Rollins might be more exciting. One of them will likely betray the other, possibly in a Festival of Friendship-type segment. This can lead to an epic match, no matter who the babyface is.
Seth Rollins missed the last WrestleMania at AT&T Stadium, while Kevin Owens deserves a world title match at the event. This seems like the perfect storm and has been building quite nicely.
