Fans Speculate On Randy Orton Turning Heel After Hint On New Merch

Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, involving Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt.

• When Cody Rhodes announced Randy Orton’s return on this week’s RAW, Jey Uso looked worried, as The Bloodline took out Orton 1.5 years ago in May 2022.

Now, Jey is missing his days in The Bloodline. Below is what he posted on his Instagram story:

WWE has released new merchandise for Orton and the new T-Shirt design reads “Strike First”:

This began speculation that Orton might turn heel soon, just like Drew McIntyre did, by going after Jey Uso for what he did to him 18 months ago.

McIntyre saw Jey’s Instagram story and tweeted:

“You couldn’t make it up 😂😂😂 And some people have the nerve to challenge my attitude towards him…”

• Former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt passed away on August 24th 2023 at the age of 36.

During an interview with SK Wrestling, WWE Hall of Famer Kane (Glenn Jacobs) had the following to say about Wyatt passing away at such a young age:

“Yeah, that’s tragic. He was just a great guy. You know, backstage Bray was always joking. He was one of those people who never had a bad day.

Of course, he had his first big storyline in WWE with Kane accumulating in an Inferno Match at the Staples Center. Just again, just a tremendous performer and it is just very sad.

I mean, that whole Fiend character and everything. I mean, he was, you know, he understood that character and really, you know, when The Wyatt Family was there… and I remember they had the fireflies.

I remember one time I was leaving the arena in Denver and the whole arena was singing along with the entrance and everything. It’s very sad, taken well before his time.”
